Our Commitment to You

With the appropriate consent, your patient’s primary therapist will provide regular progress reports to you and the approved loved ones. This includes collaborating on plans both during and after treatment that support life long recovery from addiction. Our team will present you with a copy of your patient’s discharge summary and continuing care plan, and we are happy to meet any other needs you may have along the way.
How to Refer a Patient
Referring a patient to Hanley Center is simple. They can be initiated 24/7 through our admissions line at 561-841-1033. Once you contact us, an admissions specialist will:
- Gather clinical and background information
- Complete a same-day or next-available assessment
- Coordinate the appropriate level of care
- Communicate directly with you or your office throughout the process
Same-Day Admissions
If the situation is urgent, we can often accommodate same-day admission. Your admissions specialist will guide you step by step, so you always know what comes next.
It’s our goal to reduce delays and help patients access appropriate care as quickly and safely as possible.
What Happens After You Refer
After admission, we stay in communication with you (with patient consent). You can expect:

- Regular updates from the clinical team
- Discharge summary and continuing care plan
