Al-Anon and Why
Family members need the fellowship and safety that 12-Step programs like Al-Anon provide. These support groups offer places for family members to explore their feelings while they give and receive both support and encouragement from others. Recovery meetings such as these are not affiliated with any particular enterprise or religious organization. There are no membership fees or dues, but donations are accepted at each meeting to help cover administrative costs. Membership is anonymous and anyone can join at anytime. Several types of meetings are available to address a variety of needs.
Let us know if you have questions about any of these 12-Step recovery programs:

- Codependents Anonymous (CoDa)
- Families Anonymous
- Emotions Anonymous
