ORIGINS BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE CONTINUES TO GROW NATIONAL EXECUTIVE TEAM
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (September 28, 2015) – Rick Hubbard has been named Corporate Director of National Business Development and Referral Relations for Origins Behavioral HealthCare, one of the nation’s best known brands in residential substance abuse treatment. He’s worked for the company since 2012, previously serving as a leader of the business development team. The appointment supports Origins’ plan to expand into new markets around the country and better align its sales and referral functions.
Origins acquired West Palm Beach-based Hanley Center in December, 2014 aligning two of the best treatment centers in the country into a powerful stand-out in the recovery industry. It now offers age- and gender-specific residential treatment centers in West Palm Beach, Vero Beach, Singer Island and South Padre Island, Texas. By the end of 2015, Origins intends to increase its number of beds by 50 percent.
“Rick has profound respect and is an advocate for individuals and families who suffer from the disease of addiction and are seeking help,” said Origins CEO Drew Rothermel. “He possess valuable skills that will play a pivotal role in our future growth and expansion into new markets, and help us continue to elevate the standard of addiction treatment and accountability around the nation.”
He has more than a decade of experience in the treatment industry, previously working for a West Texas-based addiction treatment company in a variety of administrative roles, including admissions, utilization review, marketing and referent relations. Hubbard brings a strong background in finance and real estate to his new role at Origins, working for many years as an executive in commercial banking and real estate lending for one of the largest independent bank holding companies in Texas. He will use his skills in finance and addiction treatment to manage the sales team at Origins.
