Inspiration for the Day

Many things worthwhile in life take commitment to attain. Whether it’s a dream job,  better relationship, improved health or recovery, commitment is essential. This doesn’t mean over committing to a thousand tasks, it means dedication to small efforts that pave the way to who we want to become.
