Inspiration for the Day
Self-care is important. How often do people forget to take care of themselves? Yes, we may do the basics. We make sure we have food, shelter, and clothes, but often we forget to love ourselves. We can do this by carving out time in the day for self-care. This can be done in many forms, but it must be done. Find what works, and take care of yourself. You cannot give to others what you do not have.
