At times we can battle with our own insecurities and that inner voice that wants to fill us with negative thoughts. Our minds can tell us things that we don’t want to hear and that makes us uncomfortable. We have to take a chance and fight back and tell ourselves that we are worth it and good enough! We can and will build character and overcome adversity. We believe in ourselves and face our fears.
Today I will talk kindly to myself and appreciate the kind and loving person that I want to be. I am worth it, and I am enough.
