Owning our lives and our situations whether they are good or bad is the first step in making changes that are necessary for our inner peace and happiness. Getting to know ourselves and being honest with the real and raw feelings we carry is a step in making changes to become a better person. Sharing thoughts and feelings in a fellowship that is trusting will move us in a direction of healing and peace.
I will share my thoughts and feelings with another person today. I will feel good about being open and honest and sharing whatever feelings I have at this moment. I know I will get support in my fellowship, and I don’t have to hide my feelings. I will not be judged negatively.
