Owning past wrongs with friends and loved ones may be difficult, but it is often more difficult to admit our offenses to someone we consider an enemy. Unfortunately, when we cling to injustices, we continually surrender ourselves to resentment and fear. We must learn to admit our mistakes, regardless of who we offended.
Today, I will fearlessly face my mistakes and amend my behavior. I will practice living with integrity through my words and actions.
