No matter how you conceive of the Spirit, a spiritual awakening can set you free. Meditation is one of the key ways to keep “spiritually awake.” However we choose to meditate, even small attempts at stillness can fill our spirit and help us to become more mindful. It is an invaluable tool whether we are in recovery or not.
Today, I will make an effort to stay spiritually awake through meditation. I will be mindful of the world around me.
