Inspiration for the Day
“Quiet the mind, and the soul will speak.” Often, it may seem like a challenge to listen to the “still small voice” within. But through self-discipline, we can change not only our thoughts but our words and our actions as well. Meditation is a key tool in developing awareness of self and others.
