Developing “healthy spirituality” can seem like a daunting task, but it doesn’t have to be. In recovery, healthy spirituality is evident when one is living out honesty, accountability, responsibility, and a genuine connectedness with self, others, and all of life. Honing these attitudes may take commitment and practice, but this simple way of life is available to everyone.
Today, I will live out my spirituality through action. I will work to be connected to myself, others, and all of life.
