Inspiration for the Day
The first step in growth is awareness of the present moment and what our life potential can be. When this heightened awareness is paired with the impulse to change, our thoughts become positive actions. We can move forward as better and more productive people living out our deepest desires and dreams.
Meditation for the Day
I will take steps to grow and learn today. I will stay on a positive path and reap the benefits of small positive changes. I do not need to be overwhelmed by making many changes at once. I can embrace each small challenge and change at a time. I will feel proud of myself for being able to make my own healthy choices.
