South Padre Island, Tx – Executive Clinical Director

Origins Recovery Centers, a nationally-recognized adult drug and alcohol treatment center, wishes to announce they are presently recruiting for the position of Executive Clinical Director for their flagship treatment programs located on South Padre Island, Texas.

A qualified candidate for this position will be be a masters-level behavioral health care practitioner with extensive experience, as well as a track record of success, within the clinical administration of an adult substance abuse and co-occurring disorder treatment center. Ideally, such a person will be presently licensed by, or at least eligible for licensure within the State of Texas. Qualified candidates will have excellent leadership skills, a strong background in and knowledge of the inpatient treatment process and be compliance-minded. Familiarity with state, federal, ASAM and CARF standards a must.

Origins provides a multi-phase continuum of individualized alcohol and drug addiction treatment services for adults, including those with co-occurring disorders. Origins treatment approach unites effective pharmacological therapies and evidence-based clinical interventions with a profound immersion in the timeless 12-Step experience. Origins’ mufti-disciplinary primary treatment team includes its Chief Psychiatrist, Medical Doctors, Nursing Staff, Licensed Step Experts, Adventure -Therapists, Nutritional Advisor, Gourmet Food Services, Life Skills Mentors and Ministerial Support Volunteers.

Nestled beachside on tropical South Padre Island, Texas, Origins’ clients travel from each state and internationally to receive the extraordinary care provided at our resort-grade campus. Origins takes a highly-individualized, longer-term, gender-specific approach to treatment that holistically nurtures the mind, body and spirit in the transformative process of recovery. Origins opened its 40-bed Mens Program in early 2009 and is now seeking an Executive Clinical Director as it expands its programs to include gender-seperate Womens and Detox.
