Rolling Stones generation still doing drugs January 9, 2010

Baby Boomers – those born between 1946 and 1964 – are using drugs in far greater numbers than their parents’ generation, according to a new report. About 4.3 million people over the age of 50 admit to abusing drugs. Marijuana use is highest among men age 50 to 54, while prescription drug use was more prevalent among old adults (ages 65+). This is reflected in news reports of celebrities struggling with prescription drug problems, including Steven Tyler, Rush Limbaugh, Burt Reynolds, Michael Jackson, and Jamie Lee Curtis.

Are you a Baby Boomer who is still doing drugs, doing drugs again, or even doing them for the first time? If so, Origins Recovery can help you regain your sobriety. Walk on the beach and commune with nature as you receive assistance from experienced professionals dedicated to helping you make positive changes. The Origins Experience, using The Twelve Step approach, returns to the foundation of the recovery movement, and can help you achieve long-term sobriety.
